The meditation sessions lead you to self-centering, provide you with a moment to breathe, allowing you to return to yourself and to anchor. You will be able to integrate a meditative practice through different themes and techniques.

The meditation classes take place in 2 stages:

  • Meditation via movement and breathing so as to unify body and mind
  • Meditative sitting posture: a relaxation in awareness of each part of the body then a guided or silent meditation.

These courses are accessible to everyone, no prerequisites are necessary.
