Group courses

Thanks to the group dynamics that are created, the collective sophrology courses offer a real space for exchange and are a source of personal enrichment.
Courses follow a developmental trajectory around the topics of stress management, confidence in oneself (and with others) and general well-being, so as live the present moment with complete peace of mind. A fundamental principle in sophrology is the absence of judgment, which allows everyone to be and dare to be, to live their experience of the session in their own way.

Conduct of a session

Sophrology is for everyone who wants to take care of themselves, to take charge of their life or to approach daily events more serenely, whether in their personal, family, professional or social life. With a simple and practical method for everyday life.

1 session : 25$/session
Group of min. 5 pers – max 10 people. : 200$ for 10 sessions
